The Steel City Pet Expo is taking place in just over a month in Pittsburgh.
Visitors are encouraged to bring their pets along to participate in lots of fun activities. There are going to be several contests, including costume, talent, and lookalike competitions. Pets will be treated to spa treatments, get lots of free treats, and can try on the latest fashions.
Exhibitors are set to be on hand to showcase and sell the latest in pet-related products, and there are expected to be demonstrations in agility, lure chasing, and obedience. There will also be a number of giveaways from exhibitors, and animals can have their nails trimmed free of charge.
Shorty Rossi, of ‘Pit Boss’, will make a special appearance with his dog Hercules. Over 300 pets will be available for adoption from area rescue groups and owners can get their pets immunized and microchipped for a discount price.
This event is expected to attract a lot of visitors from the Pittsburgh area. When organizers need to advertise such events they often invest in services such as poster printing from local companies.
The Steel City Pet Expo is being held at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center on June 28 from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. Admission is free. To learn more about the day's events, call 1-800-977-3609 x103.
