Pho is a Vietnamese specialty enjoyed by many, and a Bala Cynwyd area workshop will teach those who appreciate the dish how they can prepare it right in their own home kitchen.
Let’s Cultivate Food has created its “What the Pho” cooking class to provide an easy introduction to the art of soup making, and it is suitable for everyone from kitchen newbies to experienced cooks. The students will prepare the dish from scratch, with plenty more on the menu.
Along with the soup, the group will prepare popular street food from Vietnam, including sticky wings, and spring rolls. The beverages of choice will be fruit and herb-infused water, as well as wine, and the registrants are also welcome to bring their own drinks. Dessert will be included in the meal, and tickets for the evening are $105 each.
A class like this can give those who are new to cookery confidence in their abilities, and a printing services company can help by creating recipe cards and Books that include the dishes prepared during the session. These can include additional kitchen tips, and presenting them to each learner will make it a snap for them to craft their own cuisine.
Let’s Cultivate Food, which can be found at 4658 Umbria Street in Philadelphia, will be hosting those cooking workshops on December 11. Everyone is asked to be on site by no later than 7:00 pm.
