Tokio Marine North America Services (TMNAS) has once again been recognized by the Pennsylvania ‘Best Place to Work’ program.
The 2015 Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania list has been released and TMNAS in Bala Cynwyd has made the cut for the second year running. The list is compiled in much the same way Fortune’s ‘100 Best Companies to Work for in America’ is created. Undoubtedly, ‘Recognized as a 2015 Best Place to Work’ would be make an impressive addition to any company’s Letterheads.
Several hundred companies across the state receive surveys for both employees and employers to fill out. The employer’s part of the survey accounts for 25% of the company’s evaluation and include workplace policies, philosophies, systems, practices, and demographics. The other 75% is based on the employee surveys where the employee experience is objectively evaluated.
