Bala Cynwyd presentation to address environmental concerns

An upcoming Bala Cynwyd area presentation can give locals the information they need to become a champion for local wildlife at risk in these challenging times.

Each person who has a yard or even a small balcony can play a role in helping wildlife, and Dr. Tallamy will explain how. He will explore the complex relationships that exist between humans and the natural world, and also how people can support local ecosystems as well.

This event is made possible thanks to support from the West Laurel Hill and Laurel Hill Cemetery not-for-profit group, and members of the Narberth Area Garden Club are welcome to attend the function free of charge. Nonmembers will be asked to pay $10, and Copies of Dr. Tallamy’s book titled “Nature’s Best Hope” will be available for purchase at a cost of $20 each. Only cash and Checks will be accepted as payment for these items.

Learning about environmental issues can be one of the benefits of attending this sort of educational event. Offering the ticket holders printed lists of tips they can easily try at home can help maximize the impact of the occasion, and Print shops can prepare these.

Narberth Municipal Building will be the venue for this presentation, which will be on offer on March 25. It is scheduled to begin at 7:15 sharp.
