Bingo fans will soon be playing for a cause when they attend a function in support of efforts to save African rhinos from extinction.
The Designer Bag Bingo afternoon coming up at 105 North Sproul Road in Broomall, just a short way from Bala Cynwyd, will include 12 rounds of play. Those under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The Bags up for grabs include designers such as Kate Spade and Coach, and separate cards will be available for the top tier prizes. Daubers may be purchased on site, and anyone who would like to try their luck in the even-split draw will be able to do so. Door prize drawings are also in the works. Everyone is encouraged to bring along food and drinks to enjoy while they play, and soft pretzels, coffee, and water will be sold.
To add even more fun to the day, those interested are encouraged to bring their friends, and a limited number of Cheese Please charcuterie boards may be purchased. Corporate Gifts such as shirts printed with an organization's logo can be worn by event volunteers and staff, and can be ordered from an area printing services company.
This opportunity to save rhinoceroses and have fun at the same time will see the winners go home with designer Bags on Sunday, April 6. The doors will open at 11:00 am.
