More people are discovering how tasty it can be to go meat free, and a Bala Cynwyd workshop will show that it can be easy switch to make.
Experienced chefs will be guiding a group of learners through an exploration of vegan cookery, and it is intended to be both fun and educational. It will run for three hours, and the goal is for the participants to go home with a repertoire of techniques they can use to create dishes their family will enjoy.
The students in the class will learn how to marinate tofu, and they will also receive tips for how to cook this ingredient in a variety of ways. Developing flavor in vegan dishes will be discussed, and attention will be paid to creating cuisine that looks as good as it tastes. Offering each participant in this sort learning session a cookbook that contains the recipes they will learn can make it easier for them to adapt to plant-based cuisine in their own kitchen, and these can be prepared by a brochure printing company that prepares pamphlets and other bound materials.
This noncredit class is scheduled to be offered on September 18. It is to be held at 340 DeKalb Pike in Blue Bell, and registration for the class can be made through its online listing.
