The festive season usually means it is time to head to the kitchen to do some holiday baking, and those who attend a Bala Cynwyd area workshop will be able to wow their guests with some custom-designed cupcakes.
Marybeth, a self-taught baker, has scheduled a holiday cupcake crafting session. Likely to be a jolly affair, each attendee will receive six cupcakes to work with in this hands-on class. The participants will receive the frosting and decorative items for their cakes, and they can personalize them in any way they wish. There will also be dessert samples to share.
A hands-on baking class may spark an interest among those who take part to get creative in their own home kitchen. Basic recipe Books can be prepared by Stationery printers, and these will make it easier for any future bakers to get started.
This evening of cupcake creativity is scheduled for Wednesday, December 6. Girls Nite Live in Bryn Mawr has been booked for the occasion. It will be getting started at 7:00 pm, and the public is encouraged to attend on their own or make it a friends’ night out.
