A Bala Cynwyd area venue that offers its older adults a variety of recreational and social activities has one in the works that will celebrate Valentine’s Day in a special way.
New Horizons’ Lunch Party Extravaganza is held on various dates throughout the year. For February, its activity will feature flowers and the opportunity to indulge the sweet tooth. It will be held in person, and Narberth Borough Hall will be welcoming the celebration.
Attendees will be dining on a menu of spaghetti and meatballs, and there will be an assortment of desserts to choose from as well. This will be followed by an optional flower arranging session led by Olivia Dlugos. A suggested donation of $2 will be collected for the meal, but the floral design and dessert will be free to take part in. The organizers of the gathering may be reached at (610) 664-2366.
