Specializing in large scale estate sales, Smart Décor and More sells products on consignment, including antiques and collectibles, used furniture, home décor items, tools, perfume, and other household products.
The company offers several services, including the advertising, appraisal and execution of estate sales, donation pickups from nearby homes and work places (with a tax receipt provided upon request) and professional in-home organization for homeowners.
They also host several events throughout the year, including fundraisers for local charities, seminars on organization and downsizing, and social events for teens.
Local vendors are asked to register in advance for the Spring Flea Market on the Smart Décor website, at $20 per spot. The Spring Flea Market will be held on Saturday, May 22 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Smart Décor and More store located at 298 York Road in Warminster. The event is free for consumers to attend.
