Local businesses invited to attend virtual event
The Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce will be hosting its next Business Exchange early next month, open to all businesses in South Eastern Pennsylvania, including King of Prussia, Norristown, and Ambler.
This monthly meeting is a unique opportunity for neighboring businesses to network with each other, and gain support from their local Chamber of Commerce. The event is open to both members and non-members.
Montgomery County Chamber’s mission is to grow local business by supporting the community’s economy. Networking with legislators and area leaders, and promoting existing members is a key part of this undertaking, but the Chamber also connect with new companies.
The Chamber was first established in 1912, and is located in the King of Prussia Inn on 101 Bill Smith Blvd. Currently the Chamber has more than 400 members, including businesses from all categories, such as accounting, healthcare, and graphic design. It hosts over 100 events each year and has an electronic newsletter that reaches more than 1,600 readers on a weekly basis.
Next month’s Exchange is on Thursday, March 4 from 5:00 to 6:15 PM via Zoom. Tickets are free for members and $10.00 for non-members. Attendees need to register in advance on the Chamber’s website by 12:00 noon on March 4.
Following the event, the Chamber will provide a list of contacts with everyone in attendance. Guests are advised to make sure their LinkedIn profile is up to date beforehand.
