Santa will arrive in Ambler by train to kick off a festive weekend of holiday shopping and celebrations this December.
Ambler residents are invited to gather downtown to listen to holiday music, enjoy treats from local businesses and visit with Santa at this annual event. A local DJ will play popular seasonal music, and attendees are encouraged to sing along. Double Trouble Waffles will serve treats and Retro Future Coffee will serve hot chocolate. Santa’s train will arrive at Ambler Train Station at 7:00 pm, when he will join the festivities.
Those who want to extend the holiday celebration can return to downtown Ambler for a weekend of shopping specials and a festive atmosphere. Stores will be offering special deals, extended shopping hours, and food and drink samples. Christmas carolers will perform outside, and luminaries will decorate the area. Stores often use flyer printing services to advertise their special deals and promotions during this type of event. The Santa’s train event will take place on Thursday, December 8, at 7:00 pm at Ambler Train Station. The Holiday Shopping Weekend will take place from Friday, December 9 through Sunday, December 11 while shops and restaurants are open.
