Ambler to celebrate free musical festival

Ambler is hosting a two-day Arts & Music Festival this June.

The event begins on Friday evening with performances from three bands and continues with another 11 hours of live music on Saturday. The music will cover a range of styles and genres, from pop to folk rock to reggae. While the performances are going on, more than 80 local artists and crafters will display their wares. Food vendors and local restaurants will offer extensive dining options, and there will be a beer garden and a wine tent for drinks. Attending the event is free, but there will be food and art pieces available to purchase. Attendees should be aware that the parking fee and some food vendors will be cash only.

Parking will be limited, so those attending are encouraged to take the SEPTA Lansdale-Doylestown line to the Ambler Train Station. Seating will also be limited, so attendees should bring their own chairs. The full musical line-up and other event details are available at amblerfest.org. The website also contains food and art vendor application information. Vendors often use flyer printing services for advertising at this type of event.

The Ambler Arts & Music Festival will take place from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm on Friday, June 17, and 11:00 am to 11:00 pm on Saturday, June 18, in downtown Ambler.
