The Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce is hosting a power luncheon event this January.
The event will include time for networking and a keynote speech on providing extraordinary customer service. Tom McManimon will give the talk. McManimon is the founder and president of StimulusBrand Advertising and Marketing, which helps companies develop their brand identities while also providing strategic advice and designing ad campaigns. It has worked with clients in many different industries, including breweries, healthcare providers, and banks. McManimon has also written two business Books – The Position Player and The Stuff That Sticks – both of which discuss branding. His presentation at the luncheon will discuss the importance of going above and beyond customer expectations to provide excellent service and how to take advantage of opportunities to do this.
Those planning to attend should sign up in advance on the Chamber website. The cost is $45 for members and $65 for non-members. The Eastern Montgomery County Chamber’s members include business leaders from Ambler and other towns throughout the area. Members often exchange Business Cards during the networking portion of Chamber events. Sponsorship opportunities are available for interested local businesses.
