Ambler Chamber to host fall farm celebration

The Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce is hosting a social and networking event at Merrymead Farm this fall.

S’Mores and More: A Chamber Fall Social will feature several outdoor autumn activities. There will be a five-acre corn maze, hayrides and campfires. S’mores supplies will be provided. The organizers hope to provide an opportunity for members to spend time with current friends and connect with new people in a charming setting. Farms often use banner printing services to highlight their seasonal activities.

Tickets are available on the Chamber’s website now. The cost is $15 per Chamber member and $20 per guest. The Chamber’s members include professionals and business owners from Ambler and other towns in Montgomery County. Merrymead Farm has also been a member of the Chamber for ten years. Members are encouraged to bring friends, family members and other guests. The event will take place outside, so attendees should dress for the weather. Attendees are asked to bring a new or lightly used coat to donate to local families in need.

Merrymead also has an ice cream and dairy store, which will be open during the gathering for those interested in purchasing locally produced food. For the safety of the farm animals, pets are not permitted at the event.

S’Mores and More will be on Thursday, October 23, from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm at Merrymead Farm in Lansdale.
