An evening of interactive entertainment will be on show in Salem in early October.
Whose Live Anyway is a take on the television program Whose Line Is It Anyway, showcasing several performers in the field of improv comedy. This live tour aims to bring the experience of watching and participating in improv shows to audiences around the country. The cast members participating will be known for their roles in the TV show, including Ryan Stiles, Jeff B. Davis, Greg Proops, and Joel Murray.
Attendees will be asked for suggestions to fill out various elements of a scenario, and in some cases, a few may be asked to join the cast for a round. Games featured on the TV show will be played at the performance, in addition to newly created ones.
Tickets purchased prior to the show date are priced at $35, $45, and $55 depending on the section of seating. On the day of the event, prices will be upped by $5 each. Passes for the show can be located on etix.com. While the performance is accessible for people of any age, some of the language used may fall under the PG-13 rating. Poster printing is a common technique when promoting a comedy-based program.
The Elsinore Theatre will serve as the location for the October 5 event, which starts at 7:30pm.
