Chocolate Fest is taking place over three days next month in Portland. The event is a presentation of, and a fundraiser for, the World Forestry Center.
Guests will have the opportunity to sample chocolate, wine, and spirits, including many produced in the Portland area, with some leading wineries and distilleries represented. There will be chocolate tastings, cooking demonstrations, presentations, and education seminars from industry professionals.
The festival will start off on a Friday night with a special event for people aged 21 and older. This evening event will allow guests to preview the show, enjoy some of the samples, and possibly meet with exhibitors.
Applications are still being accepted for volunteers (must be aged 21 and over) and exhibitors. Sponsorships are also available for purchase. Contact Jennifer at 503-488-2117 for more information.
VIP tickets are available for the festival. Ticketholders will have access to the VIP lounge, and will receive three drink coupons and snacks.
Many of the exhibitors who will be taking part in the festival will likely invest in signage or poster printing services from Portland Print companies.
Chocolate Fest will be held at the Oregon Convention Center from January 22 to 24. General admission tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for seniors and include one drink ticket. VIP tickets are $30 each. To find out more information, call 503-488-2120.
