New development opens doors in Beaverton

The first residents at Modera Beaverton, a mixed-use development in the downtown area, have been welcomed by Mill Creek Residential, an owner-operator, investment manager, and developer that specializes in premier rental housing across the country.

There are homes with one, two, and three bedrooms as well as studios with private balconies or patios. Amenities include a deck on the rooftop with a bar lounge and an outdoor terrace that is covered, a large clubroom with fireplace and catering kitchen, coworking space with private workstations, fitness center, yoga studio, and game room. Additional amenities feature a parking garage with controlled access, 24/7 self-serve package lockers, and a bicycle repair station.

Modera Beaverton has 4,145 square feet of retail space and 312 homes. Its location enables residents to walk and bike to a variety of nightlife opportunities, dining options, and brewpubs, as well as transit options, including a nearby stop on the MAX Light Rail. Highway 217 is a short distance west of the community and allows easy access to the greater metropolitan area. Major employers can also be found within a brief commute and include Intel, Columbia Sportswear, and Nike World Headquarters.
