This will be a commitment shared between the two organizations that will offer the families, coaches, and players of Valley Stream with a training environment based on the methodology of player development adopted by the Red Bulls. Team and technical training designed to support growth in the long term both off and on the field will be provided to the players of the Valley Stream Soccer Club. The focus of the program will be on the development of players tactically, technically, mentally, and physically while also building sportsmanship, discipline, confidence, and a passion for the game.
The club will also receive developmental resources, coaching support, and a new framework designed to strengthen player pathways, promote growth in the long term, and improve the overall structure of the program.
