Security giant moves into West Hempstead

The premier security camera company in New York and Long Island has announced new offices located in West Hempstead, close to Valley Stream.

The new headquarters and showroom for Total Security Integrated Systems are located along Hempstead Turnpike, and measure 4,500 square feet.

The company’s original location was in Elmont. By moving to the new West Hempstead location, the company has accessed a larger space that, according to CEO Matt DiMicco, will provide opportunities for future growth.

The new offices, DiMicco told Virtual Strategy, will be outfitted with a showroom where customers can examine all the different options and features of the different security cameras that the company offers. Customers will also be able to take home educational materials, perhaps including brochure printing or other Flyers, which will let them review material at their leisure.

As well as the improvements in showroom and customer education, DiMicco cites more and better parking, as well as on-site technical support staff. There will also be an improved inventory level, which DiMicco says will support the company’s fast, immediate service reputation for both those who are choosing installations, and DIY customers.

DiMicco says that the company’s goal is that no one has to wait. He mentioned that this commitment to excellence has contributed to an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
