The future home of the NewYork-Presbyterian Iona School of Health Sciences in Bronxville is currently undergoing renovations.
The Iona School of Health Sciences is the second largest campus of Iona College in New Rochelle and will be offering state-of-the-art facilities and classes as part of a cutting-edge education.
Iona College is collaborating with NewYork-Presbyterian on these renovations to develop the next generation of top-quality professionals in the healthcare industry. NewYork Presbyterian has gifted a sum of $20m to Iona College for this new school of health sciences, which will offer a new approach to community care, modern workforce development, and collaborative healthcare education. More information about such programs is often outlined with flyer printing.
Not only is NewYork-Presbyterian ranked as the top hospital in the state by US News and World Report, but it is also recognized for its ground-breaking research. As a leader in medical education, it focuses its clinical care on its patients by partnering with the Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University and Wells Cornell Medicine.
The school offers bachelor’s degrees in social works, nursing, and speech-language pathology and audiology, along with master’s degrees in mental health counseling, communication sciences and disorders, marriage and family therapy, and occupational therapy.
The renovated building is expected to open in January 2023 in time for the spring semester.
