The annual Holiday Market held by the city of New Rochelle is now open.
It takes place at the train station in the city and features over 60 vendors from the area. Among the local vendors will be Manor Sangria, Doris Creations, and Custom Crafts, as well as a new village of food trucks. There will be both rotating and permanent vendors during the season so that shoppers will have a wide range of items from which to choose. The ice-skating rink, measuring 35 by 35 feet, is also back.
Guests can look forward to performances by local talent and other activities both inside and outside the train station. Local Print shops can assist with printing Flyers and other materials showing the schedules of such performances and activities.
Kathleen Gill, city manager, said that the Holiday Market continues the tradition in the city of economic development through engaging its residents and members of the community, as well as providing opportunities for local businesses. Gill expressed her thrill in once again creating a festive atmosphere for all to enjoy.
The Holiday Market runs until Sunday, December 17. The hours are weekdays from 4:00 to 8:00 pm, and on weekends from noon until 8:00 pm. Parking is free for two hours next to the train station in the garage on the fourth and fifth floors.Get a Free Quote for Flyers Get a Free Quote for Print
