Volleyball tournament promotes youth sports in New City

Youth volleyball players will be converging on New City next month for a competitive tournament and the chance to determine which team is the best.

The Grassland 3v3 Boys Volleyball Tournament, presented by the Rockland Volleyball Club, has a set date for an upcoming tournament that will provide youth athletes a platform to showcase their skills and compete for the ultimate prize. The tournament will be the first of what organizers hope will be many in the annual series.

The competition is open to any teams of three that want to show up and compete. There will be an 18U and 16U division to ensure a fair tournament, and the winners of their tournament will receive prizes. Organizers and promoters can use poster printing by placing marketing materials in high-traffic areas around the community to raise awareness of such events and tournaments.

Interested parties with questions can contact Rockland Volleyball Club via email to get answers and start the registration process. Participants are encouraged to bring water and snacks to compete at the highest level and prevent injuries. Family and friends are welcome to attend and watch, as well as support their teams.

The tournament will be held at Clarkstown North Senior High School in New City on Sunday, August 3rd, starting at 10:00 AM. Interested teams can find the registration form online.
