A dating event is aiming to attract singles in New City who are looking for another shot at love, and area residents are encouraged to attend.
The Match Me at the LOFT charity event will begin next month. It will unite area singles to support a good cause and help hopeful romantics find their partners. The event aims to allow singles to connect, and the proceeds will go toward colon cancer research.
The event will start with a Single and Mingle welcome segment to help attendees break the ice while enjoying specialty drinks and beers. The mingling will transition into the Match My Heart segment, which pairs attendees based on the colors of the hearts they are holding, providing a few extra moments to forge a connection. Flyer printing is a fantastic way to spread the word about such events around the town and increase impressions and awareness for the host venue and sponsors.
Attendees will have access to an allotted time for speed dating and a dating game for entertainment. The money raised will be donated to the Colon Cancer Foundation to help find a cure.
The District 96 Beer Factory in New City will host the singles event on Saturday, February 8th, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. General admission tickets are available online and cost $75 per interested participant.
