The vaccinations were being administered in Pomona. A total of 1,000 COVID-19 vaccination doses made by Moderna were received on January 5, and every one of them was administered within three days. Dr. Patricia Ruppert, the County Health Commissioner, commented:

Governor Andrew Cuomo has said people in group 1B can start making appointments with their local pharmacies and hospitals. This group comprises of almost three million people across the state.
Individuals who are being vaccinated have to prove that they are eligible once they reach the POD. Acceptable Forms of identification include Federal or State ID, employee ID, and pay stubs.
