Pet lovers seeking a fun way to grow closer with their furry friends will want to leave space in their schedules next month, as a unique painting session is visiting town.
The Sip and Paint a Pet Portrait event, organized by The Barking Dog New York, will begin welcoming students soon for a memorable and fun painting session. The session will allow each student to use watercolor painting tools to fill in the drawing the instructor makes of their pets.
The gathering will be led by Michele, a local artist who provides the outline of each pet to ensure a fun painting experience. The course is open to aspiring artists and interested parties of all skill and experience levels. Registered students will send a photo of their favorite furry friend to Michele, who will provide the pre-drawn portrait up arrival. Printing services are essential for such painting sessions to provide students with the necessary resources.
Students will be able to purchase appetizers and beverages throughout the painting session. Each guest will receive one-on-one instruction, and well-trained and behaved dogs are welcome to accompany their owners at the gathering.
The painting experience will be hosted by The Barking Dog on Thursday, December 19, from 5:30 PM until 7:30 PM. Spots are limited, and interested parties can book their places online.
