Womens achievements recognized by networking group
The second annual Women of Achievement Breakfast will be held by the Rockland Business Women’s Network in Suffern at the Crowne Plaza later this month.
The group provides educational and networking opportunities for women in Rockland County, in which Nanuet is located.
Diane Coupe Frankel, Artist Director and Founder of the Coupe Theatre Studio and Rockland Youth Dance Ensemble, and Ann Mendelsohn Byne, Founder and Principal at The Byne Group, will receive the Women of Achievement award.
President of the Rockland Business Women’s Network, Cynthia Branca, commented that these two women from Rockland are examples of innovation, entrepreneurship, and dedication, and will inspire entrepreneurs everywhere.
The Keynote Speaker for the breakfast will be Vanessa Reggiardo, Principal of The MLN Group who will discuss how relevancy is a catalyst for innovation. Her company consults on branding, marketing, and innovation.
The Rockland Business Women’s Network will also recognize two high school students in Rockland County by giving them $1,000 scholarships each. In addition, one female Rockland Community College graduate pursuing a four-year degree this fall will receive a $1,000 scholarship.
The Women’s Network is most likely using a print company to put together a program book and has advertised for sponsorship opportunities for it.
The breakfast will be held on Wednesday, June 15 at 8:00 am and is sponsored by the Crowne Plaza and Orange & Rockland.
