The Shops at Nanuet is officially being rebranded as Nanuet Town Centre. This will start a new chapter for the shopping center, which now has plans for entertainment, events, and potentially new residential units.
Such sites can benefit from banner printing to announce planned changes and other activities that will benefit the community.
This rebranding comes after Nanuet Holdings DE LLC purchased the shopping center at the end of last year. The company has since been transforming the center into a lifestyle hub for dining, shopping, gathering, as well as a place to live.
Currently underway at the shopping center are better directions in the parking lot, new Signs, and improved landscaping, lighting, and seating. In addition, some new tenants will be opening their establishments soon, including Karako Suits, a menswear retailer in the region known for tailoring and quality service and Golf Lounge 18, a popular indoor sports and golf venue.
There are several free, family-friendly events that will be hosted at the center in the next few months. On Saturday June 21and Sunday June 22 there will be a Grand Re-Opening Block Party featuring local vendors, live music, and food. A Summer Picnic Series is planned to be held from noon to 2:00 p.m. on Thursdays from July 10 through August 28 featuring roller skating, mini-golf, and bubble parties, among other activities along with a Summer Festival with live art demos, artisan booths, and crafting stations for kids.
