The newest location of Kirkland’s in New York State recently opened in Nanuet. Offered at the store are accents for home décor, including lighting, pillows, wall hangings, and much more.
The store is 7,500 square feet in size and is the first Kirkland outlet in Rockland County.
Michelle Graul, Vice President of Stores for Kirkland, said that the mission of the store is to provide great style at affordable prices, along with providing customers with inspirations for their home with unique and unexpected finds.
At the grand opening of the store, the store 25 shoppers who lined up were given an exclusive gift bag. Three raffles were held throughout the day. There was one at noon for two decorative pillows, another at 3:00 pm for an art Print, and the last one at 6:00 pm for a wood army bench.
The store is opened seven days a week.
Kirkland’s was founded by Carl Kirkland in 1966 and is based in Brentwood, Tennessee. Carl Kirkland gives back to the community through the Susan G. Komen Greater Nashville Race for a Cure, Habitat for Humanity, and the Kirkland Cancer Center in Jackson, Tennessee, which was founded by Carl and his wife in 2010.
