Rockland Community College (RCC) and Manhattan College have entered into a Principal Articulation Agreement.
This will enable students from RCC to transfer their courses seamlessly to Manhattan College. Students form Nanuet who attend RCC may be interested in the ramifications of this agreement.
The purpose of the agreement is to enable Manhattan College and RCC to collaborate to facilitate the transfer process and promote completion of a bachelor’s degree. Students from RCC who fulfill the requirements of the agreement will be able to attend Manhattan College as juniors.
Graduates of RCC who have a grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or higher will be able to enroll in most programs at Manhattan College. Those students who have earned a GPA of 3.0 or higher will be eligible for scholarships based on merit. Students need to enroll on a full-time basis, and must be seeking a degree and maintaining a GPA of 3.0 to be able to renew their scholarship.

President of RCC, Stephen Burker, expressed his pleasure that RCC has been able to enter this articulation agreement with Manhattan College. He said that this will enable students at RCC to seamlessly transfer to an excellent academic institution where they can continue their studies in the liberal arts, the sciences, engineering, and business.
