A Food Truck Festival will be hosted by Meals on Wheels Rockland at the Palisades Center in West Nyack at the end of the month.
There will be 15 specialty food trucks from which guests can enjoy a wide range of cuisine. Among those who have agreed to participate are Sloppie Joe’s Gourmet Grub, Empanada Master Food Truck, and Cousins Maine Lobster. Those of age will be able to attend a beer garden. There will be live music and a play area for kids.
Meals on Wheels is headquartered in nearby Nanuet and this will no doubt attract locals to the festival. The mission of the organization is to provide services to support the independence and safety of older adults and their families in the county, and to help improve their health and wellness. The various programs of Meals on Wheels will benefit from the Food Truck Festival.
Events such as this one often turn to banner printing to promote themselves and their fundraising efforts.
The Food Truck Festival will take place from Friday, June 28 to Sunday, June 30 near The Cheesecake Factory restaurant in Parking Lot F. The hours for the festival are from 5:00 to 9:30 pm on Friday, 11:00 am to 9:30 pm on Saturday, and 11:00 am to 7:00 pm on Sunday.
