Childrens physical therapy practice opens in Nanuet

Pediatric Physical and Occupational Therapy (PPOT) of Hudson Valley, PLLC, has a new location in Nanuet on East Royte 59.

The new facility spans 2,000 square feet and is larger than its previous location in New City. It now offers more operating hours, and has a zipline, spider cage, rock wall, trampoline, and state-of-the-art therapy gym with sensory specialty equipment. Such new facilities often turn to brochure printing, which can provide more details about their services and benefits.

PPOT provides innovative occupational and physical therapy to children until they are adolescents. Its services focus on children who have neurological or medical conditions that can be improved with therapy, have been injured, are not meeting their developmental milestones, and receive therapy at school but may need additional help to meet their goals. PPOT has many approaches to treatment that help children to improve their endurance and upper body strength, cognitive-adaptive skills, motor planning, and visual motor/visual perceptual skills.

PPOT of Hudson Valley was founded in 2005 by Linda Fuller, who is a Board-Certified Specialist in Pediatric Physical Therapy. The goal of PPOT is to focus on helping children reach their personal best through dedicated one-on-one treatment sessions and leading-edge therapeutic techniques. Since founding PPOT, Fuller has incorporated many innovative treatments into the practice, such as spider therapy, intensive physical therapy, and whole-body vibration. She has also added occupational therapy to provide a comprehensive therapeutic program.
