Chicken eatery to come to Nanuet
A Chick-fil-A restaurant will be coming to Nanuet.
The eatery is on Route 59 with construction already underway. It is set to be a major attraction in the heart of Nanuet and neighboring Clarkstown. Such sites often rely on banner printing to inform residents of such upcoming establishments.
The ground was broken on the project earlier this year and it is making significant progress. The site had been vacant and now has a foundation, framing, and heavy machinery so that it is now a bustling zone of construction. The main structure of the building is now underway with the drive-thru installations and signage in progress.
This will be the first standalone eatery of the chain in Rockland County. The nearest locations of the eatery for residents were either in New Jersey or at the Sloatsburg rest stop.
Chick-fil-A is known for its hand-breaded chicken sandwiches, fresh produce for its fruit cups and salads, waffle fries, and customer service. There will be two drive-thru lanes at the Nanuet location to manage high volumes of traffic, especially during the hours for lunch and dinner.
S. Truett Cathy opened the first Chick-fil-A restaurant in Atlanta in 1967 with the corporate purpose of having a positive influence on everyone who comes in contact with the restaurant.
This location of Chick-fil-A is expected to open in the early fall of this year.
