Hewlett residents celebrate two favorite beverages
The organizers of the 14th annual Coffee and Tea Festival-NYC plan to bring together the best coffee and tea from around the country and beyond.
Attendees will have the opportunity to explore the displays of over 75 contributors as well as many other vendors. Many of the brews have already won awards for their excellence. American and international brands of coffee and tea will be available to sample, as well as special pairings with expertly selected sweet and savory foods.
Locals can visit to discover the exhibitors’ favorite blends, receive promotional products, and learn how to create the perfect cup of tea or coffee at home. Food and beverages will also be available to purchase, and seminars will take place during the two-day event.
General admission tickets are $25 each and include a free shopping bag until supplies run out. VIP tickets are $35 each and include early admission and a gift bag filled with samples. A rush session ticket for the last two hours of the day is $10. There is no admission fee for children age 12 and under, and seniors and military members with ID receive a discounted ticket rate of $5. Special seminars require an additional ticket purchase. Visit the festival website for more information or to buy tickets.
The 14th Annual Coffee and Tea Festival is March 23 and 24 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. It will take place at the Brooklyn EXPO Center at 72 Noble Street in Brooklyn.
