Hewlett class crafts magnificent mocktails

The Hewlett-Woodmere Public Library provides its home community with a variety of learning opportunities, and one of these will teach how to prepare speciality mocktails for the upcoming holiday season.

The Library’s Boehm Room will be the venue for the in-person session, which will teach how to prepare mocktails from scratch. Registration will open in early November and places are expected to fill up fast, with just 25 places available. With alcoholic drinks being prepared and tasted, the event is only for people over the age of 21.

The class, which will be facilitated by Melinda Space, will cover four different mocktails. Everyone will learn how to choose suitable glassware as well as different techniques for rimming a glass. Ideas for drink accompaniments will be shared with the group, and everyone can do some taste testing. To help make it easier for them to recreate the beverages at home, recipe cards will be distributed.

Workshops, classes, and other learning-focused activities may call for Copies of handouts that condense a lot of information into a small amount of space. Stationery printers will be happy to help and can provide everything from single sheets to full-sized bound publications.

As the Hewlett-Woodmere Public Library has scheduled its Mocktail class for Wednesday, November 26, it will be held in time for the upcoming holiday season. It will begin at 6:30 pm, and registration opens on November 6.
