Charcuterie boards have become a popular addition to parties and other social affairs, and the attendees of a Glen Cove area class will find out how easy it can be to prepare one for their next soiree.
The Mother’s Days edition of the Charcuterie Board workshop will teach the ins and outs of these light bites. All ingredients and materials for the project are covered by the registration fee, which has been set at $112.72 including fees and taxes.
During the workshop, Charcuterie & Things’ Kim Charon will take the participants through the steps of crafting one of these displays of cheese, meats, and other accoutrements. They will use a disposable palm leaf board as well as a gift box to take their creation home, and each will be large enough to serve two to three people. Beverages will be provided to the participants.
Treating mom, grandma, or another important lady to an in-person class can be a fun idea for a Mother’s Day outing. A flyer printing company will have the equipment and expertise needed to prepare effective marketing materials for almost any type of event.
The Mill Neck Manor School for the Deaf, which can be found at 40 Frost Mill Road, will be the venue for the occasion. The activity will run from 11:00 am until 12:30 pm.
