Glen Cove will be showcasing its festive side with an activity that will bring a touch of warmth to a chilly winter day.
The community's Holiday Festival is coming fast, and the Glen Cove Chamber of Commerce is in charge of its market area. There are 14 vendor spaces on offer, and they can be reserved by area small businesses hoping to connect with their fellow residents. Places remain available at the time of writing.
Those who book a spot can arrive and begin their set up any time before 11:00 am, and the market will kick off at 1:30 pm. Businesses that offer crafts or other handmade goods, food, and gift ideas are all invited to submit an application, and the fee to do so is $50. The site is located on Bridge Street in front of the community’s Police Department. Tables and chairs are required, and vendors will also need to have insurance.
Companies that commonly take part in pop-up markets often have canopies and other booth decor prepared in advance. These can be ordered from Print shops, which will be able to craft a logo to include if desired.
