A Glen Cove senior living center has issued a call to those seeking a career in hands-on healthcare, and it has scheduled a hiring event for late May.
The Sunrise of Glen Cove hiring fair is seeking certified home health aides (HHAs) who are interested in advancing their career. It will be an opportunity to learn more about the venue and what it has to offer its staff.
HHAs who drop by can meet members of its healthcare team as well as its leadership. They can ask questions, learn more about its policies and procedures, and discover its myFlexPay system, which allows staff to easily access their pay. Information about training programs that may help them advance their career is set to be shared, and refreshments will be served.
Those who plan on taking advantage of the opportunity are reminded to bring along a copy of their resumé, and there may be interviews and hiring on the spot.
