Each year, Glen Cove proudly presents its St. Patrick’s Day Parade to the public, and it will be giving its Grand Marshal a tip of the hat by hosting an Irish-themed party in his honor.
Joe McDonald will be the guest VIP for this year's “hooley,” which will bring an evening of fun to St. Rocco’s Hall. He will be the recipient of the Grand Marshal’s sash. Tickets are $15 each, and they will be available until February 1, or until they run out.
The pre-parade celebration will be family friendly, and there will be Irish music as well as other entertainment. Everyone has been asked to bring a dish to share as well as some beverages for themselves, and if they would like to do so, they may also bring a party piece to share with the group.
