A clam bake is a tasty summer tradition on Long Island, and a Glen Cove area fundraiser will be serving up an elevated style of this experience.
The Greenville Baker Boys and Girls Club gives young people an opportunity to discover their full potential, and it will be the recipient of the funds raised through the Old Fashioned Style Clam Bake that will take place at Bailey Arboretum. The venue will provide a casual setting for the occasion, and the menu will incur a seafood feast.
Along with the claims and oysters, each ticketholder will receive a lobster and oysters, and corn, potatoes, peppers, and sausages will also be served. The venue offers views of the sunset, and the wine and beer will be flowing. Lawn games and live music are both in the works, and everyone can enjoy admiring the trees and gardens.
A fundraiser where food will be served may require a variety of tableware, including lobster bibs, napkins, cups, and glasses. This will all be available at local Print shops, which can craft a logo for a special occasion.
The Grenville Baker Boys & Girls Club’s 2025 Clambake fundraiser will be treating seafood fans and landlubbers to a tasty experience on Saturday, August 23. The festivities will begin at 4:00 pm. Tickets are $150, and the event is for adults only.
