Murray Hill market to offer vintage finds

Murray Hill residents who enjoy finding hidden treasures when they shop will find plenty to browse through at an event that will offer two days of retail therapy.

The organizers of A Current Affair have scheduled a two-day market that will provide space for at least 70 dealers and private sellers of vintage items. Jewelry, clothing, and accessories will all be in the mix, and the venue for the weekend will be 51 34th street in Brooklyn.

The event planners note that it tends to attract designers, stylists, and local “fashionistas,” and attendees may be able to score some exciting finds. It is expected that there will be items from the Victorian period through to today.

Preview, one day only, and full weekend passes are available. Their price starts at $21.88, and those who select the preview option will get the first choice of the goods for sale, as they will be able to enter the venue ahead of the crowd.

A poster printing company can prepare materials that grab viewers’ attention at pop-up events, and may be helpful in building public anticipation for an upcoming activity.

A Current Affair will be welcoming shoppers on November 2 and 3. Passes may be purchased in advance or at the door, and general admission tickets may be used on either day.
