An event that will see Murray Hill residents enjoy a day filled with fun while they get to know their neighbors is seeking support, and the whole community is invited to get involved.
The Murray Hill Neighborhood Association is making plans for its annual Street Festival, and it offers a variety of ways for local small businesses, not-for-profits and others to participate. Volunteers are also needed to help make the day a success.
The event will feature a variety of activities, and tables are available for booking. The plans include a bake sale, a book table, and also a flea market table, and donations for this from community members will be most appreciated. Businesses are invited to donate Corporate Gifts in kind of the silent auction, and there will be other ways for them to lend a hand as well.
Many companies that take part in this sort of function choose to distribute promotional Pens and other small gifts to the crowd. A Print shop will have lots of ideas for this, and many of these may be friendly to business’s bottom line.
This community celebration for Murray Hill residents will offer a day of fun on Saturday, July 31. It will be set up along the stretch of 5th Avenue that runs from 34th to 40th Street.
