Murray Hill festival to be filled with food and fun

Fans of Southern-style comfort food may want to make sure they are among the crowd for a two-day festival that will be all about tasty fare and having fun.

The 11th annual Beer, Bourbon and BBQ Festival, which is described by its organizers as being “epic”, will be rolling into the Murray Hill area this summer, and the menu includes both traditional and exotic meats. Unusual fare like alligator, bison, long horn rounds and other game will be on offer, and pork will be in the spotlight.

Guests at the function will be able to purchase an assortment of samples of the BBQ dishes, and other cuisine will be available as well. True aficionados can take a seat in one of the cookery and brewing seminars, and with the entertainment, contests, and vendor area, there will be fun for everyone who comes out. Both general admission and VIP passes are on offer.

One of the ways the planners of this function will be thanking the attendees for making it a success will be to supply each guest with a souvenir tasting glass decorated with a fun graphic design. Banner printing and other services for this sort of celebration can be obtained from area printers.

The 2021 Beer, Bourbon, and BBQ Festival will be celebrating midsummer on July 31 and August 1. The Brooklyn EXPO Center will be providing space for the experience, and tickets are on sale now.
