A Murray Hill area event will be focused on the various housing options that exist in and around NYC. A wide selection of real estate companies and related businesses will be participating.
This housing fair, which is held once each year, will bring together a large assortment of vendors, all under one roof, and will offer a one-stop shopping experience. Both renters and potential buyers may find it of interest, and it will also include special industry mixers, roommate meet and greets, and other activities.
Many of the city’s real estate companies will have booths set up during the event, and the attendees can stop by, ask questions, and collect Business Cards from any vendors they would like to contact in the future. Brokers will be on site, as will representatives from some of the city’s newest residential properties. A speaker session has also been planned, and ancillary service providers, such as moving and storage enterprises, will also be participating.
While the occasion should be both informative and fun, it also has a higher purpose. It is planned as both a funding and awareness raiser for Breaking Ground, which is an organization working to address homelessness in the community.
This year’s NYC Housing Fair will be on offer on July 31 at 401 W. 14th Street. Tickets are now available to be a part of the event.
