Open house for those getting married in Brighton Beach

Brighton Beach couples who are planning their wedding are invited to come to an open house meant to help them in their efforts.

The Picnic House, which is located in Brooklyn’s Prospect Park, will be hosting an evening when the public can come in and meet with some of the group of exclusive caterers that can provide food service for their special event. The building can be used as a wedding venue, and features huge floor to ceiling windows that overlook the Long Meadow, which is 90 acres in size.

The Picnic House was chosen by The Knot to be on its list of the Best of 2016 Wedding Reception Venues. The meet and greet will allow those who come out to find out for themselves why it was selected. It can accommodate up to 175 guests for a sit down meal and dancing or 240 for a stand up cocktail party.

There is no charge to attend the open house, but those who wish to attend are required to register ahead of time. It is scheduled to take place on April 14th starting at 5:00 pm and running until 8:00 pm. Premium Business Cards can be prepared ahead of time so that they can be given out to those couples who come to the event.
