While the air may have a winter chill, summer is not that far away, and Brighton Beach families on the hunt for camping options should be on hand for an expo-style event.
The Brooklyn Camp Fair will serve as a clearinghouse activity for families looking for a summer camp that is a good fit for their child’s interest. Space at Berkeley Carroll School has been reserved for the three-hour event, and it is free to attend.
The camps and other activities represented will each have a booth or other display to visit, and parents and kids can meet the reps, discuss what they have to offer, and learn about schedules and pricing. Many are likely to be distributing promotional Pens and other swag. At least 50 camps will have an entry to visit, and there will be games and other fun set up for the kids. Food will be available and free parking can be accessed on site.
Each family that plans on coming out will only need to reserve one ticket. To add even more fun to the day, the organizers will hold raffles and other prize draws for an assortment of Corporate Gifts.
