An annual Brighton Beach area event will be back once again, and it promises to offer a delicious time for everyone who comes out.
The annual Latke Festival fundraiser will offer a variety of creative takes on the humble potato pancake, and ticket holders can try them all. A panel of celebrity judges will be on hand, and their favorite will win bragging rights as the best latke in the city.
The organizers of the event noted that, since it will be its 10th year, they have planned for it to be even bigger than before. Along with the latkes, there will be other food on offer, and there will also be unlimited beer, wine, cocktails, and nonalcoholic beverages as well. Both regular and VIP tickets are being sold, and donations to the cause will also be greatly appreciated.
This food festival will also act as a fundraiser for The Sylvia Center, which is dedicated to helping prevent childhood obesity and the health issues it can cause. A banner printing service can meet with the planners of an event like this, and supply decorations and other items that have been designed to follow the theme of the occasion.
This year’s Latke Festival will be heating up The Brooklyn Museum on December 3. It is scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm.
