Easter Bunny to make Brighton Beach appearance

The Brighton Beach area has rolled out the welcome mat for a special seasonal guest, and all area kids are invited to hop on in to meet him.

The community has planned an Easter Eggstravaganza packed with family fun. Admission will be free, although a fee will be charged for some of the activities.

The plans for the day include an assortment of indoor games and a 360-degree picture booth. Local arts and crafts vendors have been provided with an opportunity to set up shop in the pop- up market, and everyone can meet the Easter Bunny for some hugs and photo ops.

Tickets to enter the Kids Fun Zone may be purchased separately, and these provide access to unlimited time in the bounce houses, as well as the chance to craft a bunny house and paint an egg. Kids will also go home with a bag of goodies.

Seasonal events give neighbors an opportunity to meet and get to know each other, and they may help to build strong, connected communities. A banner printing company will be pleased to provide decor for a special event.

Brighton Beach families are encouraged to hit the bunny trail that will lead them to this celebration at 161 26th Street in Brooklyn on Saturday, April 19. It will start at 1:00 pm.
