Brighton Beach residents invited to bridge celebration

Spring is on the way, and in Brighton Beach that means it’s time for Brooklyn Bridge Park’s SpringTide celebration.

The evening, which is being hosted in support of the programs offered at the park, will start off with a “hard hat” behind the scenes look and the plans that have been developed for Pier 3, which will be followed by a cocktail hour at the River Café. This will give the guests an opportunity to socialize with friends old and new and find out more about the future plans for the site. Graphic design can be utilized to create everything from Invitations to decorations, printed Menus, table place cards, Brochures and more that can help to make a function like this a success.

After this, it will be time for dinner and a conversation with Robert Sullivan and Emma Straub. Both are accomplished authors, and Mr. Sullivan is also an instructor in both undergraduate science and experimental writing. Ms. Straub plans on opening a bookstore in Coble Hill. Attendees will be able to enjoy listening to them discuss their works and their connection to the local area.

The evening of cocktails, Edibles and conversation has been planned for April 6th, starting at 5:30. Guests will gather at the River cafe, which is located at 1 Water Street in Brooklyn. Further details can be obtained by visiting the Brooklyn Bridge Park website.
