Hands on crafting gives kids a way to develop their fine motor skills, and the Brighton Beach area will be providing them with just such an activity.
A drop-off craft class will see little ones preparing their own simple Thanksgiving project, and this make and take will be offered in both Italian and English. It will be for children between the ages of four and eight, and it will take one hour to complete.
The kids will each go home with a set of napkin ring turkeys to keep or share, which they will be able to use to decorate their own holiday table. Parents or guardians are asked to have their child on site 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled start time so they can get settled in, and the registration fee is $34. Tickets are not transferable, and refunds will not be available.
Themed classes provide a way to make discovering and developing new skills fun, so the participants may not even realize they are learning.
