Fans of Japanese pop culture are invited to be among the crowd at a special Brighton Beach area event that will welcome anime lovers from a large area.
Anime NYC will be a three-day-long celebration of Japanese mass culture, and it will include exhibits, panels, screenings, and other activities, and those who enjoy cosplay are welcome to wear their favorite costume. The atmosphere will be a blend of a festival, movie premier, and pop-up market, and in previous years, it has attracted thousands of attendees.
The gathering, which is organized by Leftfield Media, is open to all ages, but anyone who is 13 or under must be accompanied by an adult. It will be an accessible event, and service animals and assistive mobility devices are welcome.
